Prestera center at Route 60 is like a rats maze. The ladies at the check in desk have the warmth of ice cubes. There is one that is excellent and helpful. My transport is published transportation .I've been late and missed appointments and was still seen by Jordan Adkins.She was the best N P .

I was injured, I needed help getting better. They talked to me, give me medication. I started out-patient care. I am doing better, they have been a lot of help. The staff was nice, the visits do not take long.

Wish I would have listened to them after 28 days was up and not moved to illinois where I've graduated to heroin. Trying to go back and get the help I know they offer. Hoping they will accept my illinois medicaid or atleast tell me how to transferbfeom state to state. I failed because I didn't use the tools they gave me. And to be honest I was fooling around with a man that worked there and made him the center of my attention. I've been to 2 rehab in illinois one I stayed at for 2 days and the other one in chocago 2 weeks. Pincrest was 5 stars compared to these where they treat you like inmates instead of people seeking out help on their own. Pray for me all who read this! I need it

Kim Adkins Prestera on rt 60 is a t joke. They do not care about their patients they keep canceling my appointments for the last 2 times an have to wait another month. So I called this morning to confirm my appointment for tmw an they said that I cancelled my appointment. An told that ladie why in the name of Jesus would I cancel my appointment when I need help with my anxiety and I have racing thought can't hardly deal with it right now and I have no patience with my21/2 yr boy.. and like told them I have him to take care of and I need to get myself together so I can take care of my him an do things with him an have more patience with him. I can't even work most of the time..

My mother went there last year. She said that she was sort of worried, but they don't give you medicine to stop your addiction. She has been clean for a VERY long time, because of this rehab center. If you are looking for help, this is FOR SURE the place to get the help!!!
